This Is How My Mother-in-Law Treated Her Uterine Fibroid

I Was Amazed by the Results and Want to Share This Recipe With You
I would like to share the story of how my mother-in-law dealt with a uterine fibroid. Doctors strongly recommended surgery, but she decided not to agree to it. Instead, she chose a natural approach based on dietary changes and traditional herbal remedies. To everyone’s surprise, her condition improved significantly.
Her journey did not begin with herbs alone. First of all, she completely changed her diet. She eliminated meat and meat-based dishes and switched to a plant-focused diet consisting only of vegetables, grains, and fruits. She believed that light, natural food would reduce strain on the body and help restore balance.
At the same time, we purchased many books on medicinal plants and traditional healing. While researching, we came across numerous folk recipes that were said to support women’s health and help with fibroids. Based on this information, she decided to try several remedies consistently and patiently.
The First Remedy She Prepared
The first tincture was made as follows:
1 cup of pine nuts
0.5 liters of cognac
50 g of forest fern (also known as mountain fern)
The pine nuts were mixed with the cognac, and the chopped fern was added. The mixture was stored in a dark place for 10 days. After that, my mother-in-law began taking the tincture, one teaspoon three times a day.
She followed this regimen carefully and did not skip doses.
A Second Traditional Recipe
In addition, we discovered another recipe commonly used in folk medicine for women’s conditions, oncological diseases, polyarthritis, and age-related changes.
To prepare it, we mixed:
1 kg of pine nuts
0.5 liters of honey
1 bottle of vodka
The mixture was stored in darkness for 21 days and shaken every other day. After straining, she took one teaspoon three times a day, one hour before meals.
This remedy was considered especially nourishing and supportive for the immune system and overall vitality.
Pine-Based Therapies
Alongside these tinctures, my mother-in-law also used pine-based treatments. She regularly took baths made from pine branches and drank tea prepared from pine needles, which are traditionally believed to strengthen immunity and help the body recover.
To prepare the pine needle tea:
3 tablespoons of finely chopped pine needles
1 handful of onion skins
2–3 handfuls of rosehip fruits
All ingredients were mixed together and poured over with 1 liter of boiling water. The mixture was left overnight in a thermos. The next day, it was strained and consumed throughout the day.
Pine Bud Syrup
A delicious and beneficial syrup can also be made from pine buds. In April and May, when pine buds are large but still soft, they are collected, washed with cold water, dried, and ground using a meat grinder.
A sterilized three-liter jar is filled one-third with the buds, then covered with hot sugar syrup (water-to-sugar ratio 1:2). My mother-in-law drank half a cup 30 minutes before meals.
This syrup is also known to be helpful for preventing vitamin deficiency and colds. For that reason, she gave it to the rest of the family as well — one teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening.
The Result
After three months, my mother-in-law returned to her doctor for a follow-up examination. The results were unexpected even for the medical staff — the fibroid had noticeably decreased in size. Encouraged by this outcome, she continues to use these natural remedies to this day as supportive care.
Important Note
This story reflects a personal experience and traditional practices passed down through folk medicine. While natural remedies may support overall health, uterine fibroids are a serious medical condition that requires professional supervision. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any alternative or herbal treatment.
